The buyer confirms that the credit/debit card or payment instrument used is lawfully owned by them or that they have been properly authorized by the cardholder to use it. Use of any unauthorized or unlawfully obtained payment method is strictly prohibited.

The buyer shall be solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their financial information. Leo Collections shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misuse arising from unauthorized access or use of the buyer’s payment details or identity, including issues related to the selected payment options.
