To raise any complaint regarding a damaged or incorrect product, please ensure you record a full unboxing video from start to end without any pause or edits. This is mandatory for all exchange requests.

Exchange is only applicable for damaged items, supported with valid unboxing video proof.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Replacement / Exchange Delivery Timeline

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 to 12 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Cancellation Policy
